graphic designers, website developers, e-Commerce
specialists and IT consultants.
Web & Flow was created in 2009 by Janette Reed, an IT professional with 25
years'
experience in systems analysis, implementation and client services, and
latterly founder of Cotswold Kids;
Josie Verstraete, who managed Web & Flow's forebear TQID.com for more
than seven years; and her husband
Anton Verstraete, formerly .NET Developer at Nuffield College, Oxford
University (April 1999 - June 2009).
